Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Delivery Schedule We at fashionfairy.co.uk make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way to you. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. So your order will reach you within 1-2 days of purchase. If there is a delay we will contact you. We do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that:

* Your chosen item is available.
* If it is not you can request us to order it for you. We place your order and contact you as soon as it comes in and arrange immediate delivery.
* The delivery address has been verified.
* Payment has been approved.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on delivery.

It is customary for the delivery companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Fashionfairy.co.uk will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a notification card we will be happy to assist you in contacting the courier company

If any item cannot be delivered within the above stated time we will inform you immediately with a proposed delivery date. We are unable to change your delivery address after you have placed an order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy If you wish to return or exchange an item/s please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the goods. Email hello@fashionfairy.co.uk. All items must be returned to fashionfairy.co.uk in resaleable condition. The product you return must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication it was used. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
You must include your receipt or invoice in the parcel you wish to return. Parcels with out receipt or invoice will not be accepted.
Returns received after the 14 day time frame will be at the discretion of fashionfairy.co.uk and will only be refunded with our credit note for the same value of the purchased item.

When sending a return, you must ask for a proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. A full refund will then be given to the customer.
